Music Of The Decades
I’ve opened an Etsy shop for fellow music lovers. If you enjoy the music I write about on this site, you might like to know that I’ve also opened an Etsy shop called Music of the Decades.
Over the years I’ve built up a collection of music from the 70s and 80s, and rather than let it sit on a shelf, I thought I’d make it available to people who still enjoy owning physical music. There’s something special about holding an album, reading the track list, and putting it on to play.
The shop is a natural extension of this website — same love of music, just in a different form.
What you’ll find in the shop
At the moment, the Etsy shop focuses on:
• Vintage cassette tapes from the 70s and 80s
• Compilation albums and greatest hits
• Classic artists and well-known releases
• Items sold individually, clearly listed and honestly described
I’m adding new listings regularly as I sort through my collection, so the shop will continue to grow over time.
Everything is checked, photographed properly, and described as accurately as possible — no surprises.
How the shop fits with Music of the 70s
This website has always been about sharing information, memories, and enjoyment of 70s music.
The Etsy shop is simply another way to:
• Keep the site going
• Fund new content
• Share music with people who still appreciate it
If you’ve used my A–Z of 70s Music Artists, read the blog posts, or watched the YouTube playlists, the shop will feel familiar — it’s aimed at the same audience.
A quick word from me
I’m not a big company or a faceless seller.
It’s just me, working through my collection, listing items carefully, and posting them out properly.
If you ever have a question about a listing, you’re welcome to message me on Etsy — I’m always happy to help where I can.

Feel free to have a look, even if you’re just browsing. And if you spot something that brings back a memory, even better.
